1. Click Windows "Start"
button, go to "Settings" and choose "Network and Dial-up
Connections"
2. Once inside the Dial-up Networking folder, double click on the "Make
New Connection", click Next >
3. On the "Network Connection Type" select "Dial to the
Internet", click Next >
4. The Internet Connection Wizard will appear, choose "I want to set
up my Internet connection manually, or I want to connect through LAN"
and then click Next >
5. On the "Setting up your Internet Connection" screen, select "I
Connect through a phone line and modem" then click Next >
6. Specify the name of your modem then click Next >
7. On the "Internet Account Connection Information" screen,
uncheck "Use area code and dialing rules" and place our "Dial-up
Number" then click "Advanced
" button.

8. On the "Advanced Connection Properties" screen, click "Addresses"
9. On the "DNS Server Address", choose "Always use the
following:" then Supply the following Data below then click "OK"
Primary DNS: 202.91.168.1
10. On the "Internet Account Login Information", supply your
User Name and Password then click Next >
11. In the "Connection Name", type "Basic" then click
Next
12. On the "Setup your Internet Mail Account" screen, choose No
then click Next > and then click Finish.
13. Right click "Basic" icon and choose "Create Shortcut"
to place a Basic connection icon on your desktop.
14. Close Network and Dial-up Connections window.
How to Connect:
1. Double Click "Basic" icon on your desktop.
2. Type in your "User Name" and "Password" then click "Connect".
3. A small window will appear displaying the status of the connections;
If the connection is successful, you will see a Connected at
message
showing your connected speed.
