Rates
as of January 2001. All costs for dial charges are in Philippine
Pesos.
All charges already include 10% VAT.
Additional one time set-up fees: PhP 825.00 for principal/individual
accounts (10% VAT included); PhP 550.00 (10% VAT included) for GIA
sub-accounts.
Individual Accounts &
Grouped Individual Accounts
There are two kinds of subscription accounts: Individual Accounts
(IA), and Grouped Individual Accounts (GIA). An IA may be either
Roaming (R) or Non-Roaming (NR); all the accounts in a GIA must be
either Roaming or Non-Roaming only, with no mixing of types within a
group. Each IA account and GIA sub-account will have its own mailbox
and hard disk storage allocation (5MB for both mail and files). The
one time set-up fee for an IA or GIA principal subscription is PhP
750.00 (PhP 825.00 VAT inclusive); for each GIA sub-account, PhP
500.00 (PhP 550.00 VAT inclusive).
The charges for the GIA sub-accounts are consolidated together with
the paying principal GIA account; GIA sub-accounts do not receive
any Statements of Account. A GIA principal account may pay for any
number of GIA sub-accounts, subject to the approval of the principal
account subscriber. A GIA may include only subscribers from the same
Point of Presence (PoP).
Charges for Excess
Usage
For usage beyond the free hours, all Non-Roaming Plans are charged
at PhP 30.00 per excess hour (PhP 33.00 per excess hour VAT
inclusive). Excess hours for all Roaming Plans are charged at PhP
45.00 per excess hour (PhP 49.50 per excess hour VAT inclusive). The
excess time is recorded on a per-second basis.
Upgrade/Downgrade
Charges
There is no charge for upgrading a subscription; however, the charge
for each downgrade is PhP 220.00, and is effected on the start of
the following month. It is considered a downgrade if the new plan
being requested has a lower monthly charge than the existing plan
(roaming or non-roaming capability is not a basis for
consideration).
Discounts for
Advance Payment of Subscription
A 9% discount is given for 6 months advanced payment for
subscriptions; a 18% discount for 12 months advance payment. The
discount applies only to the regular subscription plan; excess usage
shall be billed at the beginning of the following month.
Change of Log-in
Name
Subscribers who wish to change their user log-in name will have to
pay an additional fee of PhP 220.00.
Expandable File
Storage Space
Each account is initially provided with 5 megabytes (MB) of disk
space for storing both e-mail and other files or webpages on our
servers. Subscribers may rent additional storage space at PhP 220.00
per MB per month or PhP 550.00 per 10 MB per month.
