surfing speeds of up to 5x faster with NetRocket. Acceleration is only
possible with the download and installation of NetRocket. (10 days from
date first used)
What will happen if I have consumed all my hours while logged on?
If you consume all your credits while logged on, you will be
automatically disconnected from our system.

If I buy my account in
Cebu, can I use it in Manila?
Nitro accounts bought in Manila, Cebu, or Davao can be used in any of
these major cities. Nitro prepaid cards bought in other locations can
only be used where they were purchased.

How do I change my
username/password or PIN?
The 12-digit numeric username and password or PIN have their own
assigned value at the time of production and cannot be changed.
Do I have an email account?
No, Nitro Prepaid Internet access cards are designed solely for
Internet connectivity. If you require a permanent e-mail address, you
may sign up for a standard plan.
