La Union Hash House Harriers host of the Phil Nash Hash, are Located in Paringao, which is 6 Km's South of the City of San Fernando, in the Province of La Union.

Getting Here: If you are coming from Manila then you will either have to hire a car or catch an air-conditioned bus.

The bus company's (Dominion Bus Lines, Partas, Farinas, Maria De Leon or Viron) depart from terminals in Manila and have air con marked on the front of the bus as well as the destination.

The destination maybe either City of San Fernando (La Union), Laoag, Abra or Vigan. Manila to La Union will take around 6 to 8 hours on a good day.

If you are coming from Angeles go to Dau and catch any of the above buses
