Getting Here: If you are coming from Manila then you will either have to hire a car or catch an air-conditioned bus. The bus company's (Dominion Bus Lines, Partas, Farinas, Maria De Leon or Viron) depart from terminals in Manila and have air con marked on the front of the bus as well as the destination.
The destination maybe either City of San Fernando (La Union), Laoag, Abra or Vigan. Manila to La Union will take around 6 to 8 hours on a good day. If you are coming from Angeles go to Dau and catch any of the above buses.

La Union Hash House Harriers are based in Paringao, which is in the Bauang area, in the Province of La Union.

Bauang is located about 10Kms South of the City of San Fernando.
