e regular meeting of RCSFU was truly a started studded affair.  The famous and the infamous, the big and the little, actors ( for at least the husband of an actress ) and politicians were all present for our regular weekly meeting.  IVP TANTE asked Pres. ALBERT to call the meeting to order at precisely 12:30. Rtns. ALLAN S and DIEGO did outstanding jobs with the opening Prayer/ 4-Way Test and Pambansang Awit, respectively.  Editor MEL gave the official Welcome and Greetings to our special guests, as well as, the birthday celebrants for the day, Becky de Castro ( Ann of Rtn. ROMY ) and VP ARNOLD.   This seemed to be the medical professions day to "shine".  IVP TANTE was the MC & DC.  Another Doctor from Lorma provided special music during the Luncheon Time. PP Dr. (oops) BOB introduced our new RCSFU member, Dr. 'NINOY' Gazmen who was sponsored by PP Dr. RUFI.  PP Dr. ANDY gave the Rotary Charge to the "Baby" Rotarian and he was officially inducted by none other than Pres. ALBERT.   Rtn. ALLAN A. was the day's Fine Master. He revived the "Rotary Game" method that he used many months ago during his first time as Fine Master.  It worked out pretty good.  The Rotarians seemed to be getting more knowledgeable, as many good Rotarians should be. Pres. ALBERT once again brought us up-to-date on the latest happenings in the world of Rotary, at least things that are affecting our Club.

It was none other than our very own Provincial Governor, PVP TITO, who was called upon to introduce our special Guest of Honor and Speaker. The Honorable RALPH G. RECTO really needed no introduction.  Though he is still a relatively young man, this Representative from the 4th District of Batangas is widely known throughout the Philippines as one of the "Shining Stars" in the field of politics. He is the author of numerous bills that have been turned into laws of the land. A noted civic leader, Rep. Recto is already considered a "Statesman" in his own right. Many believe he will be a future Senator and perhaps be elected to an even higher position some day.  Rep. Recto is an eloquent speaker and did an outstanding job presenting his side on many issues effecting the Philippines today.  Thank you, Sir, for taking time out of your very busy schedule to visit RCSFU during our regular weekly meeting.  Oh by the way, did I mention, that Rep. Recto is the husband of famed movie actress Vilma Santos.  After a short open forum, PP MARC gave a very nice response.  The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 P.M.
