was 12:25 by my watch when PP/Sec. TONY ( who was temporarily "filling in" for Day Chairman and Master of Ceremonies PP BOB ) asked Pres. ALBERT to call the regular meeting of RCSFU to order.  Rtn. REGGIE led us in one of his "saintly prayers" followed by the 4-Way Test.  Rtn. TANTE was called upon to lead us in the Pambansang Awit.

The Welcome and Greetings was rather short.  There were NO guest and NO celebrants present and NO ice cream.  The Fining session was conducted by IP JEROME.  His subject was all about different 'scopes".  He was able to raise a lot of money for the club as everyone present had to pay "big bucks."  I guess the Club needed the money.  Most of us who regularly attend home club meeting have well "over paid" the fining assessment for this Rotary Year.

PP/Sec. TONY gave a short report that was followed by Pres. ALBERT's special time.

SPECIAL NOTE: Pres. ALBERT and all of our Club Officers have done such a tremendous job this Rotary Year.  We need to be sure to try to attend all the home club meetings if we possibly can to help support these officials who have done such a good job.  I am saying this because the attendance for the days regular home club meetings was the lowest that I have seen in recent history.  These last couple of months of this Rotary Year, let us do our best to attend the regular home club meetings.

VP ARNOLD did an excellent job introducing our Guest of Honor and Speaker ( and future member of RCSFU ), CANDONINO GAZMEN, MD.  Dr. Gazmen specializes in Laparoscopic Laser Surgery.  He presented a very fine video presentation on this surgical technique.  Most of the Rotarians were very glad that he waited until after we ate our meal to show graphic details of the surgery.  Thank you, Dr. Gazmen and welcome to RCSFU.  There were a few Rotarians who had gone through abdominal surgery, so they had some questions to ask during the open forum. PP ARSING followed with an appropriate response.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:05 P.M.
