is our custom, the regular weekly meeting of RCSFU, started at precisely 12:30 as the Day Chairman and Master of Ceremonies PD EDWIN asked Pres. ALBERT to call the meeting to order.  PD TIM was asked to lead us in the opening Prayer, which seemed to be full of "Resurrection Power".  The powerful prayer was followed by the 4-Way Test.  Rtn. HARVEY led us in the Pambansang Awit.

Following a short luncheon period, A/Sec. FRANK officially welcomed and greeted our visitors for the days' meeting.  There were no birthday or wedding celebrants...so there was no ice cream.  PDG CES gave a short talk on the ROTARY PDG RUDY FOUNDATION.  There will be more said about this Foundation on May 23 when there will be a special time to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of the late PDG RUDY.  MC PD EDWIN introduced Pres. ALBERT as the "Most outstanding and absent-minded President in the District. During his President's Time, Pres. Albert had to explain what the introduction actually meant.  Pres. ALBERT is the most awarded Rotary President in District 3790 during the Mid-year Review.  He is so accustomed to receiving awards that every time he hears the words San Fernando, he automatically thinks it is our Club receiving the award.  That is alright Pres. ALBERT. You keep receiving the awards.  We are right behind you.

IP JEROME did an outstanding job introducing our Guest of Honor and Speaker, PCI BENJAMIN M. LUSAD, Chief of Police, Bauang, La Union.  PCI Lusad told of the outstanding accomplishments of the Bauang Police Department in a well prepared presentation using the overhead projector.  Thank you PCI Lusad for taking time out of your busy schedule to be with us in our Rotary meeting.

PP MARC was called upon to "'fill up"' with a very nice response following a short open forum.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:35 P.M. A little early....but that is alright.
