INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
1.  Sponsor or host a GSE Team member (out-bound and in-bound).
2.  Sponsor or host a Youth Exchange Member.
3.  Establish sister-club relationship with foreign clubs.

YOUTH SERVICE
1.  Sponsor or strengthen INTERACT CLUB.
2.  Sponsor or strengthen ROTARACT CLUB.
3.  At least three (3) delegates to the District RYLA and to the Rotaract/ Interact District Conference.

ROTARY FOUNDATION
1.  One Paul Harris or 10 sustaining members.
2.  At least three (3) delegates to the TRF seminar.
3.  Participation in Matching Grant Programs.
